Went with 7 adults, 5 children and 1 dog, perfect for all ages. Location was perfect for us with easy access into the main town. Great views of the sea just a short walk down the road. Easy parking. Great facilities at the house, plenty of space and very family friendly. Hosts communication was great leading upto and during stay. Would definitely recommend property. The kitchen is such a high spec with a great breakfast bar. Perfect size dinning table to get everyone around. All bedrooms great sizes and the hot tub was a great added bonus. The street is great as no problems with parking as it’s free all the time. Everyone was sad to be leaving on the last day. Can’t wait to return

Took the family age range from 80 to 1 for my mother’s birthday, a home from home, plenty of room, well equipped, attentive hosts (without being intrusive). Something for everyone, highly recommend & great value for money. Thank you Julia & Callam.

The house is huge and has original features, high ceilings and is very cosy. Well stocked in the kitchen, great hot tub, comfortable beds which provided a great sleep. Lovely bath and shower in the first floor bathroom and from other bathrooms according to family members, lots of space for all fourteen of us. Very clean and nicely decorated. Location is great with a short walk to the beach and the main town and also a quick walk to local shops. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting a Scarborough break and will keep in mind for the future.

The house was huge very clean and comfortable everything in the house you could want or need. The house was well layed out comfortable and warm will definitely recommend the house to friends and family. Short walk to the beach and town centre managed to park our cars close to the house.
