Gas range cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, Ninja dual air fryer, Nespresso machine, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Little guest essentials
High chair and travel cot available. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and a Smart TV are included.
Arrival and departure
Check-in from 4pm and check-out by 10am. We aim to have the hot tub ready for your arrival and will let you know if cleaning or reheating affects this.
The house is arranged over four floors, with bedrooms on the upper floors and a games room at the top. Please consider this when booking for anyone who may find stairs difficult. Roadside parking is available nearby. There is no parking in or directly in front of the garage.

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome, downstairs only. Please confirm pet arrangements when enquiring about your stay.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am, as shown on the Sykes listing.
Are shorter stays available?
The minimum stay is two nights, subject to availability. Longer minimum stays may apply to particular dates or booking channels; Sykes lists five nights in July and August. Ask about your preferred dates and read our website and booking terms before booking.
